About the AirTAC GFC200-08 Combination Unit (GFC20008LC1)
The AirTAC GFC series is a two-unit air preparation set: a filter-regulator in one body, paired with a separate lubricator. This GFC20008LC1 is the size 200 frame with 1/4 in PT ports, built in the low-pressure type for circuits that run below standard line pressure. It filters water and particulate with the standard 40 um grade, regulates the downstream pressure, and adds oil-mist lubrication. The gauge is the external round version, scaled in MPa.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR200-08 filter regulator on its own.
