The AirTAC AirTAC GFC200-08 Combination Unit (GFC20008MLF1) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GFC20008MLF1 is an AirTAC G-series two-unit set combining a filter-regulator and a lubricator in one ordered assembly, so one PT1/4 connection provides filtered, regulated and lubricated compressed air. The 200-size body uses a manual-drain bowl and the standard 40 um filter element, and the L code makes it the low-pressure type. The F1 code fits the square embedded pressure gauge on the MPa scale.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, with options for automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element, round external gauges, psi or bar scales, a reverse valve, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads instead of the standard PT. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR200-08 filter regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Feeds the diverting and stopping cylinders along a conveyor line with clean, regulated, lubricated air, with the manual drain bled during scheduled line checks.
Conditions the supply to a robot end-effector gripper circuit, holding a stable regulated pressure while the lubricator maintains an oil mist for the gripper cylinders.
Mounts on a workshop maintenance trolley to filter, regulate and lubricate the air feeding impact wrenches and chisels run from the shop compressor.
Size the set by port and demand: this 200-size unit is PT1/4; move up to 300 or 400 if your circuit runs 3/8 in to 1/2 in ports or higher air demand. The M code gives a manual drain, right for sets checked on a maintenance round; choose automatic or differential-pressure drainage where the bowl cannot be watched. Filtration is the standard 40 um; order the W variant for 5 um. The square gauge reads MPa, with psi and bar scales as catalogue options. PT thread is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order. The L suffix selects the low-pressure type, and the catalogue adjustment range for the manual-drain version is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) - ask us to confirm the low-pressure setting limit for your circuit. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR200-08 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Give us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop, and we will confirm the correct size and the flow figures from the datasheet before you order.
The M code fits a manual drain: an operator opens it to discharge collected water from the bowl. It suits sets that are checked during normal maintenance rounds. If the unit will be mounted where it is not visited regularly, the same GFC200-08 configuration can be ordered with an automatic or differential-pressure drain instead.
