The AirTAC AirTAC GFC200-08 Combination Unit (GFC20008MLF1K) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GFC20008MLF1K is an AirTAC G-series two-unit set combining a filter-regulator and a lubricator, so a single PT1/4 connection supplies filtered, regulated and lubricated compressed air. The 200-size body uses a manual-drain bowl and the standard 40 um element, and the L code makes it the low-pressure type. The F1 code fits the square embedded gauge on the MPa scale, and the K code adds a reverse (check) valve to block backflow through the set.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, with options for automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element, round external gauges, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads instead of the standard PT. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR200-08 filter regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Conditions air at a drop point from the factory ring main, with the fitted check valve blocking backflow through the set if upstream supply pressure dips.
Supplies the pusher and gate cylinders on palletising conveyors with filtered, regulated, lubricated air, and the manual drain is bled during shift checks.
Regulates and lubricates the air feeding dock-leveler and trailer-lock cylinders, where the check valve helps hold the downstream circuit if supply is interrupted.
Choose the size by port and demand: this 200-size set is PT1/4; step up to 300 or 400 for 3/8 in to 1/2 in circuits or higher demand. The M code gives a manual drain, suited to sets bled on a maintenance round; automatic or differential-pressure drainage is available in the same size. Filtration is the standard 40 um, with the W variant for 5 um. The square gauge reads MPa; psi and bar scales are catalogue options. PT thread is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT to order. The K code fits a reverse (check) valve - select it where a supply-pressure drop must not push air back from the downstream circuit. The L suffix selects the low-pressure type, and the catalogue adjustment range for the manual-drain version is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) - ask us to confirm the low-pressure setting limit. Flow is published as curves, not one rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR200-08 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no flow number is quoted here. Tell us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop, and we will confirm the correct size and the flow figures from the datasheet before you order.
K specifies a reverse (check) valve fitted in the set, which blocks backflow through the unit where a drop in supply pressure must not draw air back from the downstream circuit. If your circuit does not need it, the same set without the K suffix - GFC20008MLF1 - is available with identical size, drain, filtration and gauge options.
