The AirTAC AirTAC GFC200-08 Combination Unit (GFC20008MLF1WK) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GFC20008MLF1WK is an AirTAC G-series two-unit set: a filter-regulator paired with a lubricator, so one unit removes water and 5 um particulate and holds a set pressure while the other meters oil mist to downstream cylinders and air tools. This PT1/4 (1/4 inch) configuration is the low-pressure (L) type with a manual drain bowl, a square pressure gauge in MPa scale and a reverse (check) valve fitted. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and with the manual drain the regulator adjusting range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFC series spans 200/300/400/600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch; at 200 size the bowls are polycarbonate (600 size is aluminium alloy), and drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and thread are selectable options. Flow figures for G-series units are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR200-08 filter regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Feeding spray guns and air-assisted applicators at a coating station: the 5 um element strips water and fine particulate before the regulator sets a stable line pressure, the lubricator mists oil for the gun needle pack, and the fitted check valve holds the setting if upstream supply dips.
Conditioning the air to a compact bench press or crimping tool: filtered, regulated and lubricated air in one pair of units keeps the stroke cylinders and valve pack working consistently through a shift, with the MPa square gauge readable at the machine.
Supplying the tape-head cylinders and hold-down clamps on a packaging conveyor: the manual-drain bowl is purged at shift start, the low-pressure type suits modest set pressures, and the check valve prevents back-feed through the set.
Step up through the sizes by port and air demand: the 200 body with 1/4 inch PT ports suits compact supply drops, while 300/400/600 handle larger lines. Drain choices are differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual; this unit has manual drain, which also gives the widest quoted adjusting range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Filter grade is 5 um here (W option) versus the 40 um standard; the gauge is the embedded square type in MPa scale, also offered in psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Because flow is published as curves, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR200-08 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote an l/min or SCFM number here. Send us your line pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The GFC series is offered with differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual drain. Manual drain gives the widest quoted adjusting range, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), but the bowl must be drained by hand at intervals. If you cannot schedule draining, order the A (automatic) version instead.
