The AirTAC AirTAC GFC200-08 Combination Unit (GFC20008MLF3) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GFC20008MLF3 is an AirTAC G-series two-unit set: a filter-regulator paired with a lubricator, so one unit removes water and coarse particulate and holds a set pressure while the other meters oil mist to downstream cylinders and air tools. This PT1/4 (1/4 inch) configuration is the low-pressure (L) type with a manual drain bowl and an embedded square pressure gauge in bar scale. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and with the manual drain the regulator adjusting range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFC series spans 200/300/400/600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch; at 200 size the bowls are polycarbonate (600 size is aluminium alloy), and drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and thread are selectable options. Flow figures for G-series units are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR200-08 filter regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Conditioning air to small actuators and clamp cylinders on an assembly line built to European practice: the square bar gauge reads in the unit the line documentation expects, while the set filters, regulates and lubricates in one pair.
Supplying pneumatically actuated test fixtures and lab rigs: the low-pressure type holds a steady set pressure for repeatable fixture clamping, and the manual-drain polycarbonate bowl is purged before each test session.
Feeding small pneumatic valve actuators on a process skid: filtered, regulated and lubricated air keeps the actuator strokes consistent, and the bar-scale gauge lets operators verify set pressure at the panel.
Size the unit by port and air demand: the 200 body with 1/4 inch PT ports suits compact supply drops, and 300/400/600 step up for heavier lines. Drain choices are differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual; this configuration has manual drain, which gives the widest quoted adjusting range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Filter grade is the 40 um standard, with a 5 um W option if the application needs finer filtration. The gauge is the embedded square type in bar scale, also offered in MPa or psi, or can be omitted. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR200-08 filter regulator on its own.
There is no single rated flow figure for this series: AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves only, so we deliberately do not state an l/min or SCFM value. Share your line conditions and connected equipment and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
Yes. The embedded square gauge is offered in MPa, psi or bar scale, and the gauge can be omitted with the N code if your panel already carries its own instrument. This configuration is the bar-scale version; the other scales are separate catalogue codes on the same 200-size body.
