The AirTAC AirTAC GFC200-08 Combination Unit (GFC20008MNK) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GFC series is a two-piece air-treatment set: a filter regulator (which removes water and particulate and sets downstream pressure in one body) paired with a separate lubricator that adds an oil mist to the air line. This configuration is the 200 size with a 1/4 in PT port, a manual drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, the standard regulator type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) manual-drain adjustment range, a fitted reverse (check) valve, and no gauge.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 (larger size means larger port and more flow), with a choice of 40 um standard or 5 um fine filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge options, reverse valve fitment, and PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR200-08 filter regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Mounted ahead of a solenoid-valve manifold on an automated station, the set filters, regulates and lubricates the pilot air while the fitted check valve helps retain the regulated circuit during supply interruptions.
On a modular machine where each control cabinet takes its own 1/4 in air feed, this set conditions the supply per module; the check valve isolates the module's circuit from upstream pressure loss.
On a mobile service trailer running air tools from a truck-mounted compressor, the set cleans, regulates and oils the supply; the manual drain fits a daily pre-use check by the operator.
This K-code set adds a reverse (check) valve to the standard 200-size, 1/4 in PT configuration - useful where you want to hold the downstream circuit if supply pressure is lost. The manual drain suits operator-serviced stations; automatic (A) or differential-pressure draining is available on other codes. The standard 40 um element covers general supply filtration, with the 5 um W element for finer needs. No gauge is fitted on this variant. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order.
Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR200-08 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this 200-size, 1/4 in unit on request.
K indicates a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which helps hold the downstream circuit when supply pressure drops. The rest of the code reads as the 200 size, 1/4 in PT port, manual drain, no gauge, and the standard 40 um filter element.
