The AirTAC AirTAC GFC300-10 Combination Unit (GFC30010C2) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulation over 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GFC series is a two-unit set: a filter-regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, paired with a lubricator that adds a fine oil mist for downstream tools and cylinders. This GFC30010C2 is the size 300 frame with PT 3/8 in ports. Its filter-regulator section carries the standard 40 um element, a polycarbonate bowl with differential-pressure drain, and a round gauge scaled in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with this drain type, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with larger frames offering bigger ports and more flow, and options across the range include a 5 um element, automatic or manual drains, NPT or G (BSPP) threads, alternate gauge scales, and no-gauge variants. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated figure, so tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR300-10 filter regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Mounted at each station on an automotive trim-line drop, the set cleans plant air, holds a steady regulated pressure and mists oil into the supply feeding impact drivers and pneumatic clamps through the shift.
On CNC machining cells, the filter-regulator section keeps water and pipe scale out of directional valves while the lubricator feeds the air supply to workholding clamps and swing cylinders.
Feeding diverter and pusher cylinders on a carton packaging conveyor, the unit keeps pressure stable through continuous cycling and supplies oil mist so the cylinders run smoothly all day.
Size 300 with 3/8 in PT ports is the mid step of the G-series ladder (200/300/400/600): pick the size that matches your header pipe and the flow your line draws - we can read the published flow curves with you before you order. The differential-pressure drain fitted here clears the bowl automatically as collected water builds; automatic and manual drain variants are available if your duty needs them. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general plant air; the W option gives 5 um for finer protection. The round gauge is scaled in psi; square-gauge versions and MPa or bar scales exist in the same family. PT thread is standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a mounting bracket is available.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR300-10 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your line pressure and the demand of the tools or cylinders downstream, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The C2 suffix selects the round gauge scaled in psi, which suits US plant reading habits. The same GFC300 3/8 in family is also available with a square MPa-scale gauge (F1), a round bar-scale gauge (C3), and no gauge (N) if you prefer another display.
