The AirTAC AirTAC GFC300-10 Combination Unit (GFC30010LF1W) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulation over 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GFC series is a two-piece set made up of a filter regulator and a separate lubricator, covering filtration, regulation and oil-mist lubrication for a compressed-air circuit. This GFC30010LF1W is the 300 size with 3/8 in PT ports and the W option: a 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um, for finer removal of water and particulate ahead of the regulator. It uses a differential-pressure bowl drain, the low-pressure (L) regulator variant and a square gauge with an MPa scale.
This is a genuine AirTAC part; the G series runs in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and drain types, filter grades, gauges and threads are all catalogue options. Flow for the series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the applicable datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR300-10 filter regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Supplying the pneumatic actuators and air bearings on a laboratory test rig, where the 5 um element gives finer particulate removal ahead of the regulator to protect the more sensitive components under test.
Feeding the air-jet blow-off stations on a production line, where the two-unit set cleans and regulates the supply and the lubricator is set appropriately for jets that must not carry excess oil to the product.
Preparing air for the vacuum pickups and small cylinders at electronics assembly workstations, where finer filtration helps keep sensitive boards and tooling clear of airborne particulate.
Select the W variant when the standard 40 um element is too coarse for your downstream equipment; the finer 5 um element suits applications that are more sensitive to particulate. Expect a somewhat higher pressure differential across the element and drain the bowl appropriately; the differential-pressure drain fitted here is the default, with manual and automatic drains available as options. The 300 size with 3/8 in PT ports sits mid-range; step to 400/600 for more flow or 200 for compact circuits. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT orderable; a bracket is included by default. Since flow appears only as curves in the catalogue, ask us to confirm sizing against the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR300-10 filter regulator on its own.
There is no single rated flow figure to quote: AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as performance curves. Tell us your supply pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the relevant datasheet curve for this 3/8 in model on request before you commit.
Choose W when the equipment downstream is sensitive to finer particulate, such as instrument-grade pneumatics, test rigs or precision tooling. The standard 40 um grade remains the default on this family, and the W grade is simply the orderable option on the same body, so you can specify either per position.
