The AirTAC AirTAC GFC300-15 Combination Unit (GFC30015AC1) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulation over 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GFC series is AirTAC's two-unit air preparation set: a filter regulator plus a lubricator, covering filtration, pressure regulation and oil-mist lubrication in one order. This GFC30015AC1 is the 300 size with 1/2in PT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, and an automatic drain (A code) that discharges condensate from the polycarbonate (PC) bowls without anyone having to open them. The C1 code adds an external round gauge with MPa scale so the set pressure is visible at the unit. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, so the same two-unit function is offered with other port sizes, manual or differential-pressure drains, the 5 um element (W code), G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, other gauge scales, and builds with or without a reverse (check) valve. AirTAC publishes flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm curve data and the full datasheet for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR300-15 filter regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Prepares the air feeding filler-lift and stopper cylinders on a bottling line, with the automatic drain handling condensate through long production shifts.
Supplies regulated, lubricated air to spray equipment in a finishing booth, with the MPa gauge letting operators verify set pressure at the wall.
Feeds service drops in a truck and van workshop, where the automatic drain keeps bowls clear across bays that run intermittently through the day.
The 300 size suits circuits built around 1/2in PT ports; check the 200, 400 and 600 sizes only if their port options and curve-based flow match your demand better. The A code gives an automatic drain - the choice for unattended or intermittent-duty installations where nobody opens the bowl by hand; the differential-pressure default and manual (M) drain remain available. The standard 40 um element protects general actuators, and the W code gives 5 um where finer filtration is wanted. The round external gauge here reads in MPa; psi and bar scales exist, as does the embedded square gauge or a no-gauge build. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR300-15 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow figure for this set - flow is stated as characteristic curves. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the curve data and the full datasheet on request before you order.
The A code in GFC30015AC1 fits an automatic drain, which discharges condensate from the bowls on its own - useful for unattended lines, intermittent duty, or installations nobody checks daily. The default differential-pressure drain and the manual (M) drain are available on the same 300 series if a simpler arrangement suits your line.
