The AirTAC AirTAC GFC300-15 Combination Unit (GFC30015LNW) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulation over 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GFC family combines a filter-regulator and a separate lubricator in one two-piece set, so a single assembly filters, regulates and lubricates compressed air. The GFC30015LNW is the size 300 unit with 1/2 in PT ports, the fine 5 um (W) filter element, a differential-pressure drain on the bowl (polycarbonate on this size) and the low-pressure (L) type regulator, ordered without a gauge (N).
This is a genuine AirTAC part, not a copy or substitute. The G series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, round or square gauge choices, and a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow and other datasheet figures are confirmed on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR300-15 filter regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Supplying DC nutrunner feed and balancer circuits on an assembly line, where 5 um filtration protects the tool valves and the lubricator serves the air tooling.
Conditioning the supply to compact gripper and slide tables on pick-and-place stations, with the fine element guarding small pilot valves and no gauge cluttering the manifold.
Feeding web-tension and register cylinders on a printing press through a 1/2 in PT drop, with cleaner-than-standard air and lubrication for the machine cylinders.
This code pairs the gaugeless N option with the W 5 um element - finer filtration for sensitive valves and process work, with no local pressure display. The 300 size gives 1/2 in PT ports; step to 400 or 600 for larger demand. Drain is differential-pressure as coded, with automatic (A) or manual (M) selectable, and the L suffix selects the low-pressure type. Regulation with the differential-pressure drain covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options you can order by changing the trailing code letter. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, so send us your flow demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR300-15 filter regulator on its own.
We do not quote a rated flow number because AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not a single rating. Provide your demand in flow terms and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
Only the filter grade: the W suffix selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard. Both are gaugeless, low-pressure type, 1/2 in PT, size 300 two-unit sets with a differential-pressure drain.
