The AirTAC AirTAC GFC300-15 Combination Unit (GFC30015MF1) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GFC30015MF1 is an AirTAC G-series two-unit F.R.L. set: a filter-regulator combined in one body plus a separate lubricator, so one connection gives you filtered, regulated and lubricated air. This 300-size set has a 1/2 in PT port, a manual drain on the polycarbonate filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element and a square embedded gauge reading in MPa. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the manual-drain regulator covers 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFC family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with 1/8 in to 1 in ports, 40 um standard or 5 um W elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales; G (BSPP) and NPT threads are catalogue options besides the standard PT. Flow is published only as curves, so we confirm sizing and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR300-15 filter regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Air treatment for the core-pull and ejector cylinder circuits on an injection molding machine, with the MPa-scale square gauge matching the rest of the plant's instrument readouts.
Fitted air preparation on an OEM packaging machine build, where the compact two-piece layout leaves panel space free and the lubricator feeds the machine's air cylinders.
Lubricated, regulated air drops at a rail depot service pit supplying pneumatic impact tools and jacking equipment used in rolling-stock maintenance.
Select the 300 size with 1/2 in PT port for 1/2 in plant distribution at mid-range duty; larger flows step to 400 or 600 and compact circuits to 200. Manual drain (M) suits installations with a routine bowl-drain walk and gives the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulator range; automatic drain is the low-maintenance alternative. The standard 40 um element protects general-line equipment, while the 5 um W option is there for finer point-of-use needs. The square gauge here is the embedded MPa-scale version; a round external gauge or psi/bar scales can be specified instead, and G or NPT threads can be ordered against standard PT. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR300-15 filter regulator on its own.
There is no single rated flow figure for G-series units; AirTAC publishes flow as characteristic curves. We do not quote a lone l/min or SCFM number. Share your application details and we will confirm the correct sizing from the GFC300 datasheet curves on request.
F is the square, embedded gauge style and 1 is the MPa scale, matching the standard metric plant readout. The alternatives are a round external gauge (C) and psi (2) or bar (3) scales, for example C2 for a round psi gauge. No gauge code at all is used when no gauge is wanted.
