The AirTAC AirTAC GFC300-15 Combination Unit (GFC30015MF1WK) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GFC two-unit set combines a filter regulator and a lubricator so one unit filters, regulates and lubricates the compressed air supply. This 300-size configuration is specified for a PT1/2 port, manual bowl drain, a fine 5 um element, an embedded square MPa gauge, and the K suffix adds a reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted or drops.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFC series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, plus options for drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT available) and the check-valve K suffix. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); temperature range -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR300-15 filter regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Keeping clamp cylinders on a machining fixture pressurised if the main air supply dips: the check valve holds the regulated downstream side while the 5 um element protects the clamp valves.
Conditioning air for gating and diverting cylinders on a bottling conveyor, where the check valve prevents backflow-induced pressure loss and the lubricator keeps the cylinders running smoothly.
Filtering, regulating and lubricating the air feeding an air-operated double-diaphragm pump on a chemical transfer skid, with the check valve protecting the set-up from supply-side pressure collapse.
Choose the K suffix when a supply failure must not dump the regulated downstream pressure - useful on clamping circuits and process lines where losing pressure mid-cycle is costly. The 300 size with a 1/2 in PT port fits standard medium-duty plant drops; move to 400 or 600 for higher demand. Manual drain (M) suits attended areas; pick A or blank differential-pressure drain for unattended points. The W code gives 5 um filtration instead of the 40 um standard. Gauge is the embedded square type with MPa scale; round gauges with psi or bar scales are orderable.
Because flow appears only as curves in the catalogue, ask us to check this set against your air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR300-15 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes flow for this set as curves against pressure and port size rather than one rated figure, so quoting a single number would be guesswork. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the fit from the datasheet on request.
K specifies that a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply fails or drops. The rest of the code decodes as: 300 size, 1/2 in PT port, M manual drain, F1 embedded square gauge with MPa scale, and W 5 um filter element.
