The AirTAC AirTAC GFC400-10 Combination Unit (GFC40010MN) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GFC40010MN is a two-unit air preparation set: a filter-regulator plus a lubricator in two pieces, so downstream air is filtered, regulated and lubricated in one 400-size assembly. This configuration is sized for PT3/8 ports, has a manual drain on the filter bowl and the standard 40 um filter element, and is supplied without a gauge. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 400-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is made in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, with a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, drain types, filter grades and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |

| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR400-10 filter regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Supplies filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the press cylinder circuit of a metal stamping press, keeping the impact cylinder properly oiled shift after shift.
Feeds the diverting and clamping cylinders on a carton packaging conveyor, where the manual drain fits a line that is bled down at each scheduled stop.
Prepares the air at a bench drop feeding impact wrenches and air ratchets, protecting the tools from water and debris while carrying oil mist to the motors.
Within the G series, stepping between 300, 400 and 600 changes both the port size and the flow capacity, so match the 400 size with its PT3/8 ports against the air demand of your line. The drain on this model is manual, which suits periodic maintenance stops; automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available for unattended draining. The filter element is the standard 40 um grade, a 5 um element (suffix W) is available for finer protection, and threads can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Because flow is published as curves and not one rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR400-10 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for the 400 size with PT3/8 ports on request.
A manual drain is emptied by hand at maintenance intervals, which suits lines that are shut down regularly. If the unit will run unattended, the same 400-size set is available with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain - just ask for that suffix when ordering.
