The AirTAC AirTAC GFC400-10 Combination Unit (GFC40010MNK) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GFC40010MNK is a two-unit air preparation set: a filter-regulator plus a lubricator, so downstream air is filtered, regulated and lubricated in one 400-size assembly. The K suffix adds a reverse (check) valve, and this configuration is sized for PT3/8 ports, has a manual drain on the filter bowl and the standard 40 um filter element, with no gauge. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 400-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is made in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, with a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, drain types, filter grades and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |

| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR400-10 filter regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Prepares air for a machining-centre clamping fixture, with the check valve helping the circuit keep its conditioned state if shop supply pressure drops.
Filters, regulates and lubricates the air feeding spray-booth actuation on an automotive paint line, with manual draining tied into the end-of-shift routine.
Conditions the supply to pneumatic quarter-turn valve actuators on a water treatment skid, where the manual drain suits a supervised plant round.
Match the 400 size and its PT3/8 ports to the port size and air demand of your line; stepping to 300 or 600 changes both port and flow capacity. This version carries the K option - a reverse (check) valve - for circuits where you want to hold upstream condition if supply pressure is lost. The drain is manual, with automatic and differential-pressure drain versions available, and the filter element is the standard 40 um grade (a 5 um W option exists). Threads can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR400-10 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single number is quoted here. Send us your air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for the 400 size with PT3/8 ports on request.
K is the reverse (check) valve option on the regulator side of the set. If you do not need a check valve, the same two-unit configuration without the K suffix is the GFC40010MN, and all other decode points - PT3/8 ports, manual drain, 40 um element, no gauge - stay the same.
