The AirTAC AirTAC GFC400-10 Combination Unit (GFC40010MNWK) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GFC40010MNWK is a two-unit air preparation set: a filter-regulator plus a lubricator, so downstream air is filtered, regulated and lubricated in one 400-size assembly. The W suffix selects the finer 5 um filter element, and the K suffix adds a reverse (check) valve. This configuration is sized for PT3/8 ports, has a manual drain on the filter bowl and no gauge. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 400-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is made in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, with a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, drain types, filter grades and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR400-10 filter regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Conditions air for the pallet-clamping cylinders on a CNC machining centre, pairing the 5 um element with the check valve to protect the clamping circuit.
Prepares regulated, lubricated air for grippers and tool-changer locks on a robotic assembly cell, where fine filtration guards the compact control valves.
Filters and regulates the air feeding torque tools on a field service rig's compressor-fed manifold, with the check valve holding set pressure if the compressor unloads.
Match the 400 size and its PT3/8 ports to your line's port size and air demand; 300 and 600 sizes change both port and flow capacity. This version combines the 5 um element (W) for finer particulate protection with the K option - a reverse (check valve) - for circuits that must hold their conditioned state if supply pressure is interrupted. The drain is manual, with automatic and differential-pressure drain versions available, and threads can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Flow is published as curves, not one rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR400-10 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single rated number is stated. Give us your application's air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for the 400 size with PT3/8 ports on request.
Only the K suffix: this version has a reverse (check valve) fitted on the regulator side, while the GFC40010MNW does not. Everything else matches - PT3/8 ports, manual drain, 5 um filter element, two-unit filter-regulator plus lubricator layout, and no gauge.
