The AirTAC AirTAC GFC400-15 Combination Unit (GFC40015AC3) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulation over 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GFC40015AC3 is a two-unit G-series air preparation set from AirTAC: a filter-regulator combined with a lubricator, delivering filtration, pressure regulation and oil-mist lubrication from one assembly. This configuration is size 400 with PT1/2 ports, an automatic drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um element and a round external gauge scaled in bar.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with automatic, manual or differential-pressure draining, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge styles and scales, and PT, G or NPT threads as orderable specifications. Flow appears only as curves, so we confirm datasheet values on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR400-15 filter regulator and GL400-15 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Supplies filtered, regulated, lubricated air to pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators on a machining centre, with the bar-scaled gauge reading directly on metric plant gauges.
Prepares the air feeding vacuum ejectors and gripper cylinders on a lab handling system, where the automatic drain keeps moisture out of sensitive motion axes.
Conditions pilot air for pneumatically actuated process valves in a plant skid, with the lubricator protecting the actuator piston seals over long service intervals.
Move between sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as port and flow demand dictates; this 400 set carries PT1/2 ports. The automatic drain keeps condensate off your circuit without operator attention, while manual and differential-pressure drains remain catalogue choices. Select the standard 40 um element or the 5 um W option, and set the round gauge to bar (3) if that matches your plant instrumentation.
PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are specified at order. Since flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR400-15 filter regulator on its own.
There is no single rated flow figure for this set; AirTAC publishes performance as characteristic curves. Share your operating pressure and downstream air demand and we will confirm the correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
The 3 in the code selects a round external gauge scaled in bar. The same set can be ordered with a psi scale (2) or with the square embedded gauge in MPa, bar or psi, so match the code to your plant's read-out standard.
