The AirTAC AirTAC GFC400-15 Combination Unit (GFC40015MF3G) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulation over 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GFC40015MF3G is a genuine AirTAC G-series two-unit set: a filter regulator and a lubricator supplied as two matched 1/2 in. units with G(BSPP) parallel threads, ready to bolt into a BSPP-piped compressed-air circuit. The filter stage removes water and particulate to the standard 40 um grade with a manual-drain bowl; the regulator stage adjusts downstream pressure from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi, the manual-drain range) and carries the embedded square gauge scaled in bar; the lubricator adds oil mist for downstream equipment. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with PT (standard), G(BSPP) and NPT threads, 40 um or 5 um filter grades, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Size 400 units use polycarbonate bowls. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR400-15 filter regulator and GL400-15 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Conditioning the supply ahead of a solenoid-valve manifold that runs pick-and-place cylinders in an assembly cell, keeping grit and water out of the valve seats.
Filtering, regulating and lubricating the air that raises and lowers dock levellers and activated dock shelters at a distribution warehouse loading bay.
Supplying steady, clean, lubricated air to lab test rigs and pilot-plant actuated valves where pressure drift would upset the process being run.
The G(BSPP) thread on this 400-size, 1/2 in. set suits European-style parallel pipework; choose the PT version for tapered joints or order NPT if your plant is piped to American practice. Size 400 covers upper-middle flows in the G series - we will match the published flow curves to your demand before you order. This M code sets a manual drain (blank is differential-pressure, A is automatic), and the filter grade is the standard 40 um; add W for a 5 um element. The gauge is the embedded square type in bar; round external gauges and psi or MPa scales are alternatives. Specify the bracket option where panel mounting is needed, and ask us to confirm sizing against the flow curves before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR400-15 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state one number here. Tell us your line pressure and consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The trailing G specifies G(BSPP) parallel ports. No letter in that position means PT, AirTAC's standard thread, and T orders NPT. Other decodable choices on this set are the M manual drain (blank is differential-pressure, A is automatic) and the F3 square gauge with a bar scale.
