The AirTAC AirTAC GFC400-15 Combination Unit (GFC40015NW) is a genuine G-series two-unit air-preparation set: a filter regulator that filters and regulates in one body, coupled to a lubricator. Two bodies do the work of three, with PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulation over 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GFC40015NW is AirTAC's G-series two-unit air preparation set for 1/2 in PT threaded lines: a filter-regulator plus a lubricator in one assembly, covering filtration, pressure regulation and oil-mist lubrication. The W code specifies the finer 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um, and this version uses a differential-pressure drain with no gauge fitted (N code).
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the 400 size of the G series, which also spans 200, 300 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in. Options include automatic or manual drains, the standard 40 um element, a check valve (K code), gauge variants, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads. We confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The set has no separate bracket code — the two units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination set. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GFR400-15 filter regulator and GL400-15 lubricator.
A GFC is two units because filtering and regulating share one body. A GC is three separate units — filter, regulator and lubricator. Both filter, regulate and lubricate; the GFC is the shorter assembly, the GC keeps the filter and regulator serviceable as separate bodies.

Feeds analytical instruments and pneumatic sample-handling actuators in a laboratory, where the 5 um element keeps fine particulate out of sensitive control valves.
Conditions air for the filler, capper and rejector cylinders on a bottling line, combining finer filtration with a stable regulated pressure and oil mist for the valve stems.
Prepares the supply to a pick-and-place robot's grippers and guide cylinders, where clean 5 um air helps the small pilot valves cycle reliably.
Match the size (200, 300, 400, 600) to your port and air demand; the 400 size carries the 1/2 in PT port shown here. This W variant carries the 5 um element - choose it when the downstream valves or instruments need finer filtration than the standard 40 um. Drain choice is differential-pressure here, with automatic (A) or manual (M) available. A gauge version with round or square gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered instead of the N no-gauge code, and threads are PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR400-15 filter regulator on its own.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Share your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W code in GFC40015NW means the filter element is rated at 5 um instead of the standard 40 um. Choose it for downstream pilot valves, air bearings, instruments or other equipment sensitive to finer particles; keep the 40 um version for general plant air.
