About the AirTAC GFC600-25 Combination Unit (GFC60025AF1)
The AirTAC GFC is a two-unit air-preparation set that combines a filter-regulator with a lubricator, so one assembly filters, regulates and oil-mists your compressed air. This GFC60025AF1 is the size 600 configuration with a 1 in. PT (standard) port, an automatic drain on the bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, and the embedded square gauge with an MPa scale. With automatic draining, accumulated condensate is expelled without anyone opening the drain, which suits unattended main-line installations.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series runs from size 200 through 600, with 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge and thread options, and an optional mounting bracket. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Is the AirTAC GFC600-25 Combination Unit (GFC60025AF1) the Right Set?
At size 600 with a 1 in. port this is the largest step in the G series; choose it when your main-air consumption is well beyond what a 400 (3/4 in.) or smaller unit serves, and step down a size if your line is lightly loaded. The automatic drain is already selected here; manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are alternative order codes. The 40 um element is the standard grade - order the W variant if you need 5 um. The embedded square gauge with MPa scale is included; an external round gauge and psi or bar scales are available as options.

The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GFC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR600-25 filter regulator on its own.
