About the AirTAC GFC600-25 Combination Unit (GFC60025N)
GFC60025N is a genuine AirTAC G-series two-unit F.R.L. set: a 600-size filter regulator plus a separate 600-size lubricator, giving filtration, regulation and oil-mist lubrication on one 1 in (PT1) PT-threaded port. This version follows the catalogue defaults: the 40 um standard filter element, the differential-pressure drain in a 600-size aluminium alloy bowl, a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and no gauge fitted (N code). Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the medium is compressed air only, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
The 600 series is the largest size in the G-series, which covers the same function in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with 1/8 to 1 in ports. Build options include 5 um filtration, automatic or manual draining, a reverse (check) valve, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Is the AirTAC GFC600-25 Combination Unit (GFC60025N) the Right Set?
The 1 in (PT1) port of the 600 size suits trunk lines feeding multiple drops or large actuators; step down to the 200/300/400 sizes with 1/8 to 3/4 in ports for lighter circuits. The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GFC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream, so if any branch must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator or use a GFR600-25 filter regulator on its own.
