The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200-06 Filter Regulator (GFR20006JN) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR20006JN is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation in one body, for compressed air only. This 200-size unit has a PT1/8 port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and no gauge (N), and is supplied without a mounting bracket (J). The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the polycarbonate bowl suits -5 to 70 C service.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and gauge-fitted variants in square or external round styles; 200-400 bowls are polycarbonate, 600 is aluminium alloy. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet values on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

General-purpose regulation at workshop bench drops for air tools and small fixtures, where set pressure is read from a separate panel gauge rather than at the unit.
Supplies clamping cylinders on machining fixtures with the standard 40 um element, matched to ordinary plant air and set from the control panel.
Regulates the header feeding a solenoid valve manifold on an automation skid; the no-gauge layout suits cabinets where the gauge already sits on the panel.
This is the plain 200-size build: PT1/8 port, standard 40 um element, differential-pressure drain, no gauge and no bracket. Choose it where pressure is set and read from a panel instrument elsewhere in the circuit; gauge-fitted codes (square embedded, or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales) exist if you want one built in. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options; step to 300/400 and a larger port if demand rises. Flow is given as curves, not one rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so no rated flow number is quoted here. Send your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet on request.
The N in GFR20006JN means the gauge is omitted; the regulator functions identically, and pressure is simply set or read with your own instrument. Gauge-fitted variants - embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales - are separate order codes if you later want one built in.
