The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-08 Filter Regulator (GFR30008F1WK) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR30008F1WK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator combining filtration and pressure regulation in one body, with the finer 5 um (W) filter element and the K option, which fits a reverse (check) valve into the unit. The 08 port is 1/4 in with PT thread, the bowl uses the differential-pressure drain, and the built-in square gauge reads in MPa. With this drain type the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC), working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Medium: compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part supplied through a distributor. The G-series runs from size 200 to 600 with 40 um or 5 um elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, standard or low-pressure regulator types, PT, G or NPT threads, bracket options, and round or square gauges. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies filtered, regulated air to a small bench-mounted pneumatic press used for pin insertion, with the check-valve option fitted as specified in the build code.
Conditions the air at individual workstations of an electronics assembly line, where the 5 um element and compact 1/4 in footprint fit a clean, panel-mounted setup.
Feeds the sealing and eject cylinders of a carton-sealing machine, giving the machine one filtered, regulated air point with the pressure visible on the MPa gauge.
This code differs from GFR30008F1W only by the K suffix, which adds the reverse/check valve to an otherwise identical 300-size, 1/4 in PT, 5 um configuration - choose it when the code calls for the valve to be fitted. The drain is differential-pressure here; automatic (A) and manual (M) variants exist, with manual opening the 0.05-0.9 MPa adjustment range. Filter grade is 5 um (W) versus the 40 um standard. Gauge scale is MPa, with psi and bar orderable; thread is PT standard with G (BSPP) and NPT (T) as options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request.
K specifies that the reverse (check) valve option is fitted to this filter regulator; the same unit without K omits it. It is a code-level configuration choice, not a performance or delivery statement.
