The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-08 Filter Regulator (GFR30008LF1) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR30008LF1 is a genuine AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation in one body, with no lubricator. This 300-size configuration takes compressed air through a 1/4 in PT port, uses the standard 40 um element for general plant-air protection, and sets downstream pressure with the low-pressure (L) regulator type. The polycarbonate bowl has a differential-pressure drain, and the embedded square pressure gauge reads in MPa. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with the differential-pressure drain the adjusting range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and because this is the low-pressure type we recommend confirming the exact setting limit for your application. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
AirTAC builds the G-series in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, plus options for automatic or manual drains, the finer 5 um (W) element, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and bracket choice. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and the full datasheet for this model on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulated air supplies the clamp and pusher cylinders on a palletizing cell, with the filter section removing water and pipe-scale before they reach the cylinder seals and directional valves.
Mounted at the drop feeding the gate cylinders that divert cartons between lanes on a distribution conveyor, giving line staff a single point to set and read the working pressure.
Installed at a maintenance-shop tool drop ahead of impact drivers and nailers, so the shop pressure is set once and coarse water and dirt are stripped out before the tools.
Match the size and port to your air demand: this is size 300 with a 1/4 in PT port, one step that suits general machine drops, while size 200 or sizes 400 and 600 cover lighter or heavier duties. Drain choice: the fitted differential-pressure drain discharges when the element loads up, automatic (A) empties without intervention, and manual (M) suits attended machines. The standard 40 um element covers most plant air; choose the W suffix for the 5 um element where finer protection matters. Gauge scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket complete the selections.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than one rated number, so share your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated number to quote. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will read the curve against the datasheet and confirm sizing on request.
This model carries the standard 40 um element, which suits general plant air feeding cylinders, valves and air tools. The W suffix codes the optional 5 um element for points of use that need finer particle capture. If your application feeds small pilot passages or sensitive components, ask us to quote the W variant of the same size.
