The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010AJC1K) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in one body: air passes through a drain bowl that removes water and particulate, then through an integral regulator that holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This GFR300-10A is the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, automatic drain (condensate ejects itself once a set level is reached, so nobody has to open the drain), the standard 40 um element, an external round gauge scaled in MPa, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. The J suffix means no mounting bracket is supplied.
This is a genuine AirTAC part for compressed air only. The G series runs from size 200 to 600 (port steps 1/8 in to 1 in), with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) elements, and gauge or no-gauge options. Working pressure is up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with automatic drain the regulator setting range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); temperature range is -5 to 70 C. The 300 bowl is polycarbonate (PC). Flow figures are published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet numbers for your line size.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clamp cylinders on a machining fixture: the filter stage strips water and chips-laden condensate, the regulator holds the clamping force setpoint, and the check valve keeps the fixture clamped through a supply dip.
Prep air for the seal-jaw and forming-station cylinders on a carton or blister line, giving one setting point per station instead of separate filter and regulator bodies.
Supplies the vacuum-ejector and gripper-actuation circuit of a pick-and-place robot cell with clean, regulated air and a gauge the operator can read in MPa.
Step by port and flow: 300 with 3/8 in PT sits mid-range between the 1/4 in (200/08) and 1/2 in (400/15) steps. Drain: automatic suits points where no one opens a drain valve; manual and differential-pressure drains are available in the same size. Element: 40 um standard, 5 um (W) optional. Gauge: this unit carries an external round gauge in MPa (scale 1); an embedded square gauge, or psi (2) / bar (3) scales, are the other options. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT (T) versions are orderable specifications, not delivery promises. The J code omits the optional bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your application and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Tell us your line pressure and the demand of the downstream cylinders or tools, and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted: if upstream pressure fails, the valve holds the regulated downstream pressure so cylinders, clamps or grippers do not collapse. Units without the K simply pass through, and the same body is available without the valve.
