The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010AJC3) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series filters and regulates compressed air in a single body: a drain bowl removes water and particulate, then an integral regulator holds downstream pressure at the setpoint. This GFR300-10A is the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, automatic drain (condensate ejects itself at a set level, no manual blowing down), the standard 40 um element, and an external round gauge scaled in bar (scale 3). The J suffix means no mounting bracket is supplied.
This is a genuine AirTAC part for compressed air only. The G series runs from size 200 to 600 (ports 1/8 in to 1 in), with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) elements, and gauge or no-gauge options. Working pressure is up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with automatic drain the regulator setting range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); temperature range is -5 to 70 C. The 300 bowl is polycarbonate (PC). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds the filler-head and capping-head cylinders on a bottling line, giving each station one combined filter-regulator with a bar gauge that European-spec technicians read at a glance.
Prepares air for the stoppers, lifts and diverters along a conveyor system, with automatic drainage keeping the bowl clear on gates that run all shift without operator attention.
Serves as the regulated supply point at a plant maintenance bench where impact tools, test rigs and repair fixtures draw off clean, set-pressure air through a 3/8 in drop.
Size by port and demand: 300 at 3/8 in PT is the mid step between 1/4 in (200/08) and 1/2 in (400/15). Element: 40 um standard here; specify the 5 um W version if the application needs finer filtration. Drain: automatic, with manual and differential-pressure drains available on the same size body. Gauge: this unit is the external round gauge in bar (scale 3); MPa (1) and psi (2) scales plus the embedded square gauge are the alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT (T) orderable versions; the J code omits the bracket. Because G-series flow appears only as curves, not a single rating, ask us to check your demand against the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Start with the port: 3/8 in PT on the 300 size sits between the 1/4 in and 1/2 in steps. Because AirTAC publishes G-series flow only as curves, there is no single rated figure to quote - send us your supply pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
C is the external round gauge and 3 is the bar scale, so you read the regulated pressure in bar. The other options are MPa (scale 1) or psi (scale 2) round gauges, or the embedded square gauge that comes as standard when no gauge code is given.
