The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010AJF1WK) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010AJF1WK is a G-series filter regulator: water and particle filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one body. It is built in size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port, a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, an automatic drain (code A) that expels collected condensate without daily attention, an embedded square gauge with MPa scale (code F1), and a fitted reverse/check valve (code K). The bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part for compressed air. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjustment range on this automatic-drain version is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filters and regulates the supply to pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a CNC workholding fixture, giving the fixture circuit a set pressure and filtered air, with the fitted check valve where the circuit calls for one.
Conditions the air feeding gripper and pick-and-place valves on a robotic assembly cell, with the 5 um element specified where finer filtration is required and the MPa-scale square gauge for a local pressure readout.
Provides filtered, regulated pilot air to pneumatically actuated ball and butterfly valves on a process skid, with the MPa gauge matching plant instrumentation practice.
Stay in size 300 with the 3/8 in PT port when your pipework and air demand sit at 3/8 in; stepping up to size 400 or 600 gives larger ports and more flow capacity, while smaller sizes suit lighter duty. Drain choice: automatic (this unit, code A) needs no daily attention; manual (M) suits supervised stations; differential-pressure (blank) is the series default. The 5 um element (W) is the finer option versus the standard 40 um grade. Gauge scales: F1 MPa (this unit), F2 psi, F3 bar. Thread: PT is standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options. Code J means no bracket is included; brackets are optional.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow data for this exact model from the datasheet before you order.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted on this filter regulator. The same unit without the K is supplied without the check valve; the rest of the code decodes identically: size 300, 3/8 in PT port, automatic drain, 5 um element and square MPa-scale gauge.
