The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010AJF3) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010AJF3 is a G-series filter regulator: water and particle filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one body. It is built in size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element, an automatic drain (code A) that expels collected condensate without daily attention, and an embedded square gauge with bar scale (code F3). Code J means no mounting bracket is included. The bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part for compressed air. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjustment range on this automatic-drain version is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filters and regulates air to stopper and diverter cylinders along a bottling conveyor, with the automatic drain clearing condensate at unsupervised sections of the line.
Sits at the air inlet of a machine tool's pneumatic panel, filtering plant air to the standard 40 um grade and setting the working pressure for the machine's actuators.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to laboratory instrumentation and test benches where working pressures are read locally in bar on the square gauge.
Size 300 with the 3/8 in PT port suits lines whose pipework and air demand sit at 3/8 in; smaller size 200 restricts flow, while size 400 or 600 covers heavier demand. This unit uses the automatic drain (A), so condensate is expelled without daily attention; choose manual (M) for supervised stations or the differential-pressure default elsewhere. The element is the standard 40 um grade; order the W variant for 5 um. F3 fits the embedded square gauge with bar scale (F1 MPa and F2 psi are available). J means no bracket is included, though brackets are optional. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options.
Flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, so ask us to check the datasheet against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow data for this model from the datasheet before you order.
F3 specifies the embedded square pressure gauge with a bar scale. F1 gives MPa and F2 gives psi, while code N deletes the gauge. This unit also carries code A (automatic drain), code J (no bracket) and the standard 40 um filter element.
