The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010ALC1K) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR30010ALC1K is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one 300-size body. This configuration decodes to a 3/8" PT port, automatic drain, the L low-pressure type, a round external gauge with MPa scale, and a fitted reverse (check) valve that holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is lost. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The 300 size carries a polycarbonate bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8" to 1", a choice of drain (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, square or round gauges, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm figures from the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding regulated, low-pressure air to the clamp and hold-down cylinders on a case-sealing machine; the built-in check valve holds the downstream setting if the supply side dips.
Conditioning the air ahead of small pneumatic actuators in a pick-and-place assembly cell, where a steady low-pressure supply protects delicate handling heads.
Regulating and filtering the actuator supply on a bottling filler, with the automatic drain clearing condensate from lines that cycle with production runs.
This unit is the 300 size with a 3/8" PT port; move up to 400 or down to 200 only after checking the flow your circuit needs, since port size sets the ceiling. Drain here is automatic - manual or differential-pressure are the alternatives in this family. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; choose the W suffix for 5 um. The round (C) gauge reads in MPa; the square (F) gauge is the alternative. The L code makes this the low-pressure type - its setting range is lower than the standard unit, and we confirm the exact range from the datasheet on request. Threads: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as catalogue options. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no flow number is quoted here. Send us your flow requirement and line pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this 3/8" unit is correctly sized before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. It holds pressure downstream if the upstream supply fails, which is useful on clamp and hold circuits that must not release on a supply dip. Units without the K carry no check valve.
