The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010ALC1W) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR30010ALC1W is an AirTAC G-series filter regulator: filtration plus pressure regulation in a single 300-size body. This configuration decodes to a 3/8" PT port, automatic drain, the L low-pressure type, a round external gauge with MPa scale, and the W 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The 300 size carries a polycarbonate bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8" to 1", a choice of drain (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm figures from the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Setting a stable low supply pressure for spray guns in a finishing booth; the 5 um element reduces particulate carry-through to the finish.
Regulating the air feed to a dilute-phase conveying loop for powders or granules, where a steady low setting keeps material moving without surging.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to a laboratory or QC test rig, where the finer 5 um element protects sensitive instruments and fixtures downstream.
This is the 300 size with a 3/8" PT port; step to 400 or 200 only after checking required flow, since port size sets the ceiling. Drain here is automatic - manual and differential-pressure are the other options in the family. The W suffix selects the 5 um element over the 40 um standard, the right call where finer particle protection matters. The round (C) gauge reads in MPa; a square (F) gauge is the alternative. The L code makes this the low-pressure type - its setting range is lower than the standard unit's, and we confirm the exact range from the datasheet on request. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your required flow and operating pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet that this 3/8" unit suits your application before you order.
The W suffix replaces the standard 40 um element with a 5 um one, giving finer particle removal ahead of sensitive equipment such as spray equipment, instruments or precision valves. If your circuit only needs general protection, the 40 um standard grade is the usual choice.
