The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010ALJF1) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR30010ALJF1 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation built into one body, with a drain bowl and no lubricator. This size 300 unit pipes PT3/8 (3/8 in). The A code gives an automatic drain, so collected condensate is expelled without anyone opening a valve; the element is the standard 40 um grade. L marks the low-pressure type for circuits set well below normal line pressure, J omits the mounting bracket for flush panel or frame fitting, and F1 fits the square pressure gauge with an MPa scale for setting downstream pressure.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G(BSPP) or NPT threads; drains come as differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual, and the element as 40 um standard or 5 um (W). Max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 300 size bowl is polycarbonate. The standard-series adjust range with automatic drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); for this low-pressure (L) variant we confirm the exact setting range and the flow curves from the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, reduced-pressure air to hot-melt applicators, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the applicator valves through long production shifts.
Supplies the low-pressure brake and clutch circuits that need a gentle, stable setting below normal line pressure, with the MPa gauge giving repeatable changeovers.
Provides filtered, low-pressure air to sheet-support tables in positions where manual draining is impractical, so the automatic drain handles the condensate.
Choose the GFR300 frame when your line runs 3/8 in air; step to GFR200 or GFR400/600 as port size and demand change. Drain type: automatic (this unit) suits unmanned positions, manual suits supervised points, differential-pressure is the default. Element grade is 40 um here; specify W for 5 um where finer protection matters. Keep the square MPa gauge for repeatable setup, order the bracketed variant if you want wall mounting (J omits it), and match PT (this unit), G or NPT thread to your fittings. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure points and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your flow and upstream/downstream pressure conditions and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
J specifies the no-bracket option, so the unit mounts flush to a panel or machine frame; the same configuration without J includes the bracket. L makes this the low-pressure type for circuits set below normal line pressure - we confirm the exact low-pressure setting range on request.
