The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010ANWK) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010ANWK is a filter regulator combining filtration and pressure regulation in one body, fitted with a reverse (check) valve on the outlet. This 300-size unit has a 3/8 in PT port. The W suffix selects the finer 5 um filter element, and the A suffix specifies an automatic drain for hands-free condensate removal. The N suffix means no gauge is fitted. With automatic drain, the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the G series, offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies clean, regulated air to a packaging line's sealing and bagging cylinders, with the check valve holding downstream pressure through intermittent demand cycles and the auto drain keeping the bowl clear.
Protects a bank of directional control valves with 5 um filtration and stable regulated pressure, while the reverse valve prevents back-flow when upstream supply is shut off.
Prepares air for conveyor gating and sorting actuators, combining fine filtration, regulation and check-valve protection at a point of use that runs unattended.
Pick the K suffix when back-flow through the unit must be prevented - for example where a downstream dump or intermittent demand could push air backwards. Size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port fits lines that outgrow a 1/4 in, 200-size unit. The 5 um element is the finer of the two published grades (40 um standard) and suits air feeding sensitive valves. Automatic drain suits unattended installations; manual and differential-pressure drains are also available. No gauge is fitted on this variant, and the J suffix can order the unit without a bracket.
Flow appears only as curves in the datasheet, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
There is no single published rated-flow number for this unit - AirTAC provides flow performance as curves in the datasheet. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the fit from the datasheet on request.
K adds a reverse (check) valve to the unit, preventing air from flowing backwards through it when upstream pressure drops or supply is isolated. Everything else - 5 um filtration, automatic drain, no gauge, standard PT thread - stays the same as the non-K version.
