The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010C1) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010C1 is a filter regulator - filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body - with an external round pressure gauge. This 300-size unit has a 3/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element, and the default differential-pressure drain, which purges condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the element rises. The C1 gauge option supplies a round gauge with an MPa scale. Regulation range with differential-pressure drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on 300-size units is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the G series, which runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow performance as curves, not a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A maintenance-point filter regulator on a plant air header, where the round MPa gauge gives operators a clear setpoint readout for impact drivers and air ratchets at the bench.
Prepares air for a cell of modular pneumatic modules, with the visible gauge allowing quick verification of regulated pressure and the 40 um element handling general shop air.
Feeds regulated air to bottle-washing and capping actuators on a bottling line, with the differential-pressure drain managing condensate without operator intervention.
Size 300 with the 3/8 in PT port suits lines drawing more air than a 1/4 in, 200-size unit can supply; step to 400 or 600 for higher demand. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general air preparation - choose the 5 um W variant when feeding sensitive valves or instruments. Differential-pressure drain is the set-and-forget default; automatic and manual drains are available. The C1 option adds an external round gauge reading in MPa - square-gauge and psi/bar scale variants exist in the family. Thread is standard PT, with G and NPT orderable, and the J suffix omits the bracket if not needed.
Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated-flow figure for this unit; performance is given as flow curves in the datasheet. Tell us your demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
C1 specifies an external round pressure gauge with an MPa scale, in place of the embedded square gauge supplied on standard versions. Gauge scales in psi (2) and bar (3) and a no-gauge (N) variant are also available in the series.
