The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010F1W) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR series is AirTAC's filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation built into one body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This 300-size unit has a 3/8 in PT port, the 5 um W filter element (finer than the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain and an embedded square pressure gauge reading in MPa. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the setting range with this drain type is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on 300-size units is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. G-series filter regulators are offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, square embedded or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, and an optional check valve. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet numbers for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating shop air feeding a plasma cutter's torch circuit, where the 5 um element helps keep water and particulate out of the torch and consumables.
Supplying regulated air to bench-top pneumatic test instruments and lab fixtures that need a clean, steady supply at a set pressure.
Conditioning the air line to a spray gun station in a finishing booth, combining water and particulate removal with an adjustable working pressure.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port sits mid-range in the G series; step to 200/400/600 according to the flow your line needs. Choose the 5 um W element when downstream equipment is sensitive to fine particulate and water carryover; the standard grade is 40 um. The differential-pressure drain bleeds automatically in service, while automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa; external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered instead. G (BSPP) and NPT threads are catalogue alternatives to the standard PT, and a bracket is included by default. Flow is published as curves, not one rated number, so let us confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no one number is quoted here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for your application on request.
The blank drain position on this code means the differential-pressure drain: moisture is bled off automatically as air flows through the unit. If you prefer an automatic float drain or a hand-operated manual drain, the A and M variants can be ordered, and the manual-drain type also widens the regulator setting range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
