The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010F3) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR series is AirTAC's filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation built into one body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This 300-size unit has a 3/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and an embedded square pressure gauge reading in bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the setting range with this drain type is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. G-series filter regulators are offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, square embedded or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, and an optional check valve. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet numbers on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulating and filtering supply air to hydraulic-pneumatic clamp fixtures on a CNC machining cell, with pressures read directly in bar.
Conditioning air to cylinders and diverters along a packaging conveyor line, where the 40 um element handles general shop-air cleanliness.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to pneumatic actuated ball and butterfly valves on a process skid, with bar-scale readout matching the plant gauges.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port is the mid-range step in the G series; size up or down to 200/400/600 to match the flow your circuit needs. The 40 um element is the standard grade and suits general shop-air duty; specify the 5 um W variant where finer filtration is required. The differential-pressure drain is standard here, with automatic (A) and manual (M) drains as order options. The F3 code selects the embedded square gauge with a bar scale; gauges in MPa or psi, and external round gauges, can be ordered instead. G (BSPP) and NPT threads are catalogue alternatives to the standard PT, and a bracket is included by default. Flow is published as curves, not one rated number, so let us confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
There is no single rated flow figure to quote: AirTAC publishes filter regulator performance as curves. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this 3/8 in model on request.
The F3 code selects the embedded square pressure gauge with a bar scale. If your plant reads in MPa or psi, the scale 1 and scale 2 variants of the square gauge are available, and external round gauges can also be ordered. Filter grade, drain type, thread and check valve are similarly decodable order choices within the same 300-size body.
