The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator (GFR30010JF1WK) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR30010JF1WK is a genuine AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and regulation in one body on a PT3/8 (3/8 in.) port. This code combines the fine 5 um element (W), a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square MPa gauge and a fitted reverse (check) valve (K) at the outlet. Outlet pressure is adjustable from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the size 300 bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
It is a genuine AirTAC part from the G-series, which spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as standard and G (BSPP) or NPT as orderable thread options. Drain type, filter grade, gauge scale, bracket and check-valve choices are all catalogue options. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your operating point on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds conditioned air to the pneumatic counterbalance and take-up stands on a wire-drawing line, with the check valve holding the regulated side if the main supply dips.
Supplies filtered, finely regulated air to the stopper and gate cylinders along a conveyor line, keeping actuator pressure constant while the check valve backs up the feed.
Conditions instrument air ahead of the valve manifold on an assembly station, where the 5 um element protects pilot valves and the gauge shows the set pressure in MPa.
Stay in GFR300 for 3/8 in. circuits, or step to GFR200/GFR400/GFR600 as the port and demand require (ports 1/8 to 1 inch). This code stacks three real choices: the 5 um fine element instead of 40 um standard, the check valve for applications that must hold downstream pressure, and the differential-pressure drain (automatic and manual drains are options). The J means no bracket (bracket optional); thread is PT as standard with G and NPT orderable; the embedded square gauge can carry MPa, psi or bar scales, with an external round gauge also available.
Because flow is published only as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet against your inlet pressure and air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves, not a single rated figure, so there is no one rated number to quote. Give us your inlet pressure, outlet setpoint and downstream demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow at that point before you order.
W decodes as the 5 um fine filter element (instead of the 40 um standard) and K as a fitted reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the supply fails. The same GFR300 body is available without either option, and with manual or automatic drains, a psi or bar gauge scale, or G and NPT threads in place of PT.
