The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10F1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series puts a water-and-particulate filter and a pressure regulator in one body, so a single PT3/8 connection both conditions the compressed-air supply and sets downstream pressure. This configuration carries the standard 40 um filter element, the differential-pressure drain in the polycarbonate bowl, and the embedded square pressure gauge on an MPa scale. The regulator setting range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) and maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the 300 size of the G series, which spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 with progressively larger ports and passages. Within the family you can order 5 um (W) elements, automatic or manual drains, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and check-valve variants. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditions the shop-air branch feeding the clamping cylinders on a machining centre: the 40 um element keeps water and particulate out of the fixtures while the regulator holds a steady clamp pressure set on the MPa gauge.
Sits in the instrument-air supply to solenoid valves and quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on a process line, filtering the medium and providing a locally readable, adjustable supply pressure to the valve package.
Placed ahead of the directional valves driving pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, it cleans the supply and keeps operating pressure consistent so stroke behaviour stays repeatable through the shift.
Choose the size and port step (200 to 600) against your air demand; this unit is the 300 size with a PT3/8 port. Drain options are the differential-pressure type fitted here, automatic (A) or manual (M); filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W suffix. The embedded square gauge on an MPa scale is included, an external round gauge is optional, and G or NPT threads can be ordered in place of the PT standard. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated number, let us confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as pressure-drop curves rather than one rated figure, so there is no single number we can quote here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet figures for your application.
F1 means the embedded square pressure gauge is fitted with an MPa scale; psi and bar scales, and an external round gauge, are order options. The drain is the differential-pressure type, with automatic (A) and manual (M) drains available as alternatives in the same family.
