The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulator GFR300C10MJC1W is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MJC1W is an AirTAC GFR series filter regulator - filtration and pressure regulation in one body with a drain bowl, no lubricator - fitted with the W option 5 um filter element for finer removal of particulate than the standard 40 um grade. It is a 300-size unit ported PT3/8 with PT thread as standard, with a manual drain emptied by hand, no mounting bracket (J) and an external round MPa gauge (C1).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator range spans 200 to 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) elements, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, with or without a bracket and reverse valve, and in G (BSPP) or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and flow figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaner regulated air for bench instruments, pneumatic comparators and lab test stations where the 5 um element protects sensitive components.
Point-of-use prep for air-assisted and HVLP spray setups, where finer filtration ahead of the gun supports a cleaner finish.
Supply for air motors, feeders and clamping devices on machining fixtures, with the 5 um element guarding close-tolerance tooling.
Select this W configuration when 40 um is too coarse for what sits downstream - finer valve islands, air tools with tight clearances or instrumentation. The manual drain gives a regulator setting range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), wider at the low end than the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) of automatic and differential-pressure drain versions. The 300 size with PT3/8 port suits lines that have outgrown the 200 unit; step to 400 or 600 where the flow curve demands it. The J code deletes the bracket and C1 fits the round MPa gauge; an F code would select the embedded square gauge instead. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options.
Sizing honesty: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm the GFR300W against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and downstream air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request - also noting that a finer 5 um element sits in the same body as the standard grade.
Choose the W (5 um) version when the equipment downstream needs finer particulate removal - precision valves, instrumentation or finishing tools - and stay with the standard 40 um grade for general actuation. If you also want the bowl to discharge without manual attention, consider the automatic (A) drain version instead of this manual-drain unit.
