The AirTAC AirTAC GFR400-10 Filter Regulator (GFR40010C1WK) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400 series filters and regulates compressed air in a single body. This configuration pairs the fine 5 um filtration element with a built-in reverse (check) valve, so the air is cleaned to a finer grade and downstream pressure is retained against backflow. It is the size 400 frame with a 3/8 in PT port, a differential-pressure drain and a round MPa pressure gauge.
It is a genuine AirTAC part with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), a regulating range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the differential-pressure drain, and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C. The bowl on this 400 size is polycarbonate. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding vacuum ejectors and gripper circuits on an electronics placement line, the unit supplies finely filtered air to sensitive components while the check valve holds circuit pressure during supply dips.
On a weld cell where fixture clamps must stay engaged between cycles, the unit regulates the supply at 5 um cleanliness and the built-in check valve resists backflow if the header pressure drops.
Supplying hold-down and guiding devices on a bottling conveyor, the unit keeps the air clean and the pressure steady, with the check valve maintaining hold force when the main supply fluctuates.
Choose this WK variant when you need both fine 5 um filtration and one-way flow with pressure retention downstream, for example on clamped or vertically loaded circuits. Size by port: this unit offers a 3/8 in PT connection in the 400 frame, one step in the 200/300/400/600 range. The differential-pressure drain gives a regulating range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Gauge scale, bracket and PT/G/NPT thread options are available across the series.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure - ask us to confirm sizing against the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated number, so there is no standalone figure to quote. Send your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The K suffix fits a reverse (check) valve, so air flows one way and downstream pressure is held against backflow - useful for clamped loads and gripper circuits. The W suffix fits the fine 5 um element instead of the standard 40 um grade. This model carries both options in the same size 400 body.
