The AirTAC AirTAC GFR400-10 Filter Regulator (GFR40010F1WK) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR40010F1WK is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: a 400-size unit that cleans the compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. The 10 port is PT3/8, filtration is the fine 5 um element (W code), drainage is the differential-pressure bowl (the default), the gauge is the embedded square type on an MPa scale, and a reverse (check) valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with this drain the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing, and the 400-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with 5 um or 40 um filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, and round or square gauges where a regulator is fitted. Flow is published as characteristic curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds the pneumatic fill and capping valves on a bottling line: the 5 um element keeps moisture and fine debris out of the valve spools while the regulator holds a steady working pressure for consistent fill-sequence actuation.
Serves the air-powered clamps on a machining-centre fixture table. The check valve helps hold the set downstream pressure if supply pressure dips, and the fine 5 um grade protects the clamp cylinders between filter services.
Installed at the booth drop for air-assisted spray equipment, where the 5 um filtration and regulated, gauge-monitored pressure give painters a repeatable setup at each station.
Step up or down through the G series - 200, 300, 400, 600 - to match port size and flow demand; this 400 size with its PT3/8 port is the mid-large step. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (as here), fully automatic, or manual. Pick 5 um (this model, W) or the standard 40 um element, set the gauge to square (embedded) or round with MPa, psi or bar scale, and order G or NPT threads instead of the PT standard if your piping needs them.
Before ordering, note that published flow data for this family is in the form of curves, not one rated number. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet first.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as characteristic curves rather than one rated number, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for this 400-size, 3/8 in unit before you order.
The K code fits a reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is retained if the supply drops. This unit uses the default differential-pressure drain, which gives a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) regulation span; if you prefer a manual drain, the span widens to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) on the corresponding variant.
