The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600-20 Filter Regulator (GFR60020AJF1WK) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020AJF1WK is a 600-size G-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This configuration is built for 3/4 in PT ports, carries the fine 5 um filter element (W), drains condensate automatically (A), reads downstream pressure on the embedded square gauge scaled in MPa (F1), and includes a reverse/check valve (K) to hold downstream pressure if supply is lost. The J code means the mounting bracket is omitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At 600 size the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator line is also available in 200, 300 and 400 sizes with 1/8 to 1/2 in ports, manual or differential-pressure drains, the standard 40 um element, alternative gauge scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to a spray booth's 3/4 in main drop, with the 5 um element catching fine particulates before finishing equipment and the auto drain clearing condensate without operator visits.
Sits ahead of pneumatic workholding clamps on a machining centre, holding a stable set pressure and keeping the clamp circuit charged through the check valve during brief supply dips.
Conditions supply to solenoid-valve manifolds driving carton-sealing and case-erecting cylinders, protecting valve spools from water and debris while regulating line pressure.
Step up or down between 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes to match the pipe bore and the air your actuator or line actually consumes; this unit gives you the 3/4 in PT connection. The 5 um element (W) suits fine instrument and paint-air duty; the standard grade is 40 um. Automatic drain (A) suits unattended installations, while manual and differential-pressure drains are alternatives in the same series. The square gauge reads in MPa; psi or bar scales and an external round gauge are options, and G or NPT threads can be ordered in place of PT. Note the J code removes the bracket.
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Ask us to confirm the datasheet and check the sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G-series as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the datasheet and check the sizing against your application.
The A code gives an automatic drain that ejects condensate without manual intervention; manual and differential-pressure drains are the other choices in the series. The J code means no mounting bracket is supplied, so plan your own panel or bracket fixing.
