The AirTAC Airtac GFR Filter Regulators GFR30010N is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 in PT port, a 40 um standard filtration element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate as flow passes through, and a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range. No gauge is fitted on this code, and mounting brackets are included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size; only the 600 size uses an aluminium alloy bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, plus choices of drain type, 5 um filtration (code W), gauge type and scale, and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding the tool-change clamps and pneumatic cylinders on a machining centre, with the 40 um element keeping sway-line moisture and pipe scale out of the valves.
A stable pressure feed for carton-forming and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the differential-pressure drain carries off condensate without interrupting the shift.
A bench-side filter regulator at an assembly workstation, giving operators filtered air at a set pressure for air screwdrivers, blow-off guns and small clamping fixtures.
Size and port are the first choice: step up through 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your flow demand and pipe size grow - this unit gives you a 3/8 in PT connection. Where a bowl is fitted, pick the drain: differential-pressure (this code, no extra action needed), automatic, or manual where you want controlled bleeding. Choose the 40 um standard element for general supply air or the 5 um W option for finer protection, and specify a gauge with an MPa, psi or bar scale if you want a local pressure readout - this code ships without one. PT is the standard thread; order G (BSPP) or NPT where your pipework needs it.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The trailing N means no pressure gauge is supplied with this unit. GFR codes without the N include an embedded square gauge, and external round gauges with an MPa, psi or bar scale are available as order options - tell us which scale you need and we will quote the right variant.
