The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200-06 Filter Regulator NPT1/8, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06 is a compact filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 200-size unit is fitted with a 1/8 in NPT port, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the element rises, a 40 um standard filter element, an external round gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl keeps the condensate level visible at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 5 um (code W) element option, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds air to quarter-turn actuated ball and butterfly valves on a process skid, where the check valve holds the actuator position if the supply header drops and the psi gauge gives the technician a local setpoint readout.
Sits at the air inlet of a compact CNC router or bench pneumatic station, removing water and chips-carried particulate at 40 um and regulating the supply to the machine's solenoid valves at a stable setpoint.
Conditions and regulates the air feeding blow-off nozzles and diverting jets on a packaging conveyor line, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate carryover from long supply runs without operator attention.
Start with the port and flow path: this unit is 1/8 in NPT, so check it against the line size and the air demand of the equipment it feeds. If your consumption is higher, step up to GFR300, GFR400 or GFR600. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention while flowing, automatic drains continuously, and manual suits intermittent duty where an operator can open the drain. The 40 um element is standard; specify the W code for a 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. A J code deletes the mounting bracket, as here. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet against your application on request.
The K code in GFR20006JC2TK fits a reverse (check) valve, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted - useful for actuators and clamps that must not release. The C2 code fits an external round gauge with a psi scale; an embedded square gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales is also available in the family if you prefer a different readout.
