The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200-06T Filter Regulator, NPT 1/8, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in one compact body. This size 200 unit has 1/8 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain on the polycarbonate bowl, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. No mounting bracket is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element (code W), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, gauge scale choices and a reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the air drop to a machining centre, it strips water and particulate from the shop air line and holds a steady setpoint for the tool-changer and clamping cylinders.
Mounted ahead of carton sealers and case packers on a packaging conveyor line, it keeps the cylinders that fold, press and eject cartons supplied with clean air at a stable pressure.
Used on the instrument-air drop feeding laboratory analysers and sample-handling pneumatics, where the 40 um element guards the valves and the regulator holds the pressure the instrument expects.
Size and port set the air capacity: step up from size 200 to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports (1/4 to 1 in) and more flow. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (standard, as fitted here), automatic for unattended draining, or manual. The 40 um element suits general air preparation; specify code W for a 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale is available in MPa, psi or bar; thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a mounting bracket is optional and not fitted on this unit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this 1/8 in, size 200 unit suits your application before you order.
This unit has the differential-pressure drain, the standard option: the bowl drains automatically when the pressure difference across the filter builds high enough. If you prefer fully unattended draining or a push-button drain, automatic (code A) and manual (code M) versions are available in the same size.
