The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600-25G Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) Port, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25G is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a G1 (1 in) port, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element rises, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi so the set pressure is visible at a glance. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit operates in non-freezing conditions from -5 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional 5 um (code W) filtration, automatic or manual drain variants, square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads as order options alongside the PT standard. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the point of use on a machining centre's air drop, it dries and cleans the supply feeding tool-changers and clamps while holding a set working pressure for consistent actuation.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold on a carton-sealing or wrapping conveyor, it strips condensate and pipe scale from the air driving the cylinders and lets technicians set and read line pressure in psi.
Fitted at a workshop ring-main take-off feeding air tools and blow guns, it removes water carried over from the compressor and regulates pressure to the level the tools and hoses are set up for.
Size 600 with a G1 (1 in) port is the largest step in the GFR range; step down to 200/300/400 if your line sits at lower air demand, and match the port to your existing pipework. Choose the drain to suit access: this unit's differential-pressure drain works unattended, while automatic (code A) or manual (code M) variants suit other service routines. The 40 um element fitted here is the standard grade; specify W for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. The square gauge reads in psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is G here, with PT standard and NPT as order options; a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain fitted here discharges collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises, so it suits unattended installations. If your service routine differs, the same unit can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M); manual-drain versions also widen the regulator adjustment range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
