The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006JC1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006JC1 is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the 200 size with a 1/8 inch PT port. It is a regulator only - no filtration, no bowl and no lubrication - with a standard adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) on compressed air, a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a working temperature range of -20 to 70 C. The J in the code selects the no-bracket option, and C1 gives an external round gauge on an MPa scale in place of the embedded square gauge.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series runs from 200 through 600 sizes with 1/8 to 1 inch ports, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, a low-pressure type (L) up to 0.4 MPa, and a reverse/check valve option (K); the body is also panel-mountable. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable, reduced pressure on the pilot-air line feeding solenoid and air-piloted valves on a machine, keeping valve actuation consistent with the circuit design.
Regulate each bench drop feeding impact wrenches, ratchets and air screwdrivers so technicians run tools at the pressure intended for the fastener task.
Supply test benches and pneumatic instrumentation with a controlled, repeatable pressure so readings and trial conditions are comparable run to run.
Start at the 200 size with its 1/8 inch port for the smallest supply lines, and move to 300/400/600 when higher flow or a bigger port is needed. This version pairs the no-bracket J option with an external round gauge reading in MPa; round gauges on psi (2) or bar (3) scales, or the embedded square gauge, are the other choices. A reverse/check valve is available as the K option. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT offered as catalogue options. Since GR flow is published only as curves, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow figure for this regulator: AirTAC publishes GR capacity as flow curves. Tell us your required flow and operating pressure and we will confirm suitability from the datasheet on request.
J is the no-bracket option, so this unit is supplied without a mounting bracket; codes without the J include a bracket. The GR body is also panel-mountable, and the J only affects the bracket, not the regulator function or the 1/8 inch PT port.
