The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006JC3) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006JC3 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds a stable downstream pressure from your compressed air supply. It carries no filter and no bowl, so it should be paired with upstream filtration if water or particulate removal is needed. This size 200 unit has PT1/8 ports, a bar-scale round pressure gauge, and the J code means the mounting bracket is not included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GR series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, gauges, low-pressure versions and reverse/check valves. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range, and operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a steady supply pressure to solenoid valves and small actuators on process skids, so valve stroking stays consistent as the compressor load varies.
Feeds air tools, clamps and small cylinders at workstations where the downstream pressure must be set once and held stable through the shift.
Provides an adjustable, repeatable air pressure for lab benches, test rigs and pilot setups, with the bar-scale gauge giving a direct local reading.
Start with pressure and flow: the GR20006JC3 regulates from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) at up to 1.0 MPa inlet, and the size 200 body with PT1/8 ports suits the smaller end of the G-series flow range - step up to size 300/400/600 for larger ports and higher flow. This version has a round bar-scale gauge; MPa and psi scales are also available, as is the embedded square gauge type. If you need a non-return function in the regulator, the K option (e.g. GR20006JF1K) fits a reverse/check valve, and the L code selects the low-pressure type. Choose the G or NPT thread suffix instead of the standard PT thread if your pipework requires it, and add the bracket option if you panel-mount. Because AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves, not as a single rated-flow number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow behaviour from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
For GR regulators the trailing letters cover the bracket and gauge. J means no mounting bracket is included, C selects the external round gauge, and the scale digit 3 means the gauge reads in bar. A code with F1 instead would carry the embedded square gauge with an MPa scale.
