The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006JF1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006JF1K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator with a built-in reverse (check) valve, so downstream pressure is retained when the upstream supply is shut off or drops. It is a regulation-only unit for compressed air: no filter, no bowl, no lubricator. This size 200 unit has PT1/8 ports, the embedded square gauge with an MPa scale, and the J code means no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GR series, available in sizes 200 to 600 with different ports, gauges, a low-pressure (L) version and the reverse/check valve (K) fitted here as a factory option. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the setting range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the temperature range is -20 to 70 C. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet details on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Keeps workholding clamps pressurised if the shop air supply dips or is isolated, so the fixture does not release mid-operation.
Maintains holding pressure on small air presses and forming stations between strokes, protecting the set point when the main supply is switched off.
Holds gate and stop cylinders in position on accumulation conveyors during shift changes or supply shutdowns, so product stays queued.
Choose the K version when you want the regulator's reverse/check valve function: it holds the downstream set pressure when supply is lost, which matters on circuits that must not dump between cycles. Regulation spans 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) from up to 1.0 MPa inlet, with the L low-pressure type available for lower set points. Size 200 with PT1/8 ports is the compact end of the GR range; step to sizes 300/400/600 for larger ports and higher flow. The embedded square gauge here reads in MPa, with round gauges and psi or bar scales as other codes, and the G or T thread suffix covers non-PT pipework. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated-flow figure published for GR regulators - AirTAC provides flow as curves. Rather than quote a number we cannot stand behind, tell us your duty and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves on request.
K is the reverse/check valve option. It is fitted inside the regulator so that downstream pressure is held when the upstream supply is removed - useful for clamp-hold and retention duties. Without the K suffix (e.g. GR20006JF1) the regulator has no check function, and air can back-flow through it.
