The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006JN) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20006JN is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. The code decodes to a size 200 unit with a 1/8in PT-thread port (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are orderable options), standard pressure type, no pressure gauge (code N) and no mounting bracket (code J). Its regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Pressure loss through the GR series is low.
The G-series regulator line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, so port sizes step up from 1/8in to 1in as circuits grow. Options include the low-pressure type (L, setting up to 0.4 MPa), a fitted reverse/check valve (K), embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads, and bracket or bracketless builds. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets and holds the working pressure feeding small gripper or slide cylinders on an assembly bench wired with 1/8in air lines.
Regulates shop air down to a set pressure for part-cleaning and chip-blowing nozzles beside a machining or molding cell.
Reduces shop supply to a fixed test pressure on a lab or QC rig where pressure is read from a separate instrument rather than a local gauge.
Size 200 with a PT1/8in port suits the smallest circuits; for 1/4in lines and up, step to GR300, GR400 or GR600 for larger ports and more flow. Code N omits the pressure gauge; add a C (external round) or F (square) gauge with an MPa, psi or bar scale if you want a local reading. Add L for low-pressure setting up to 0.4 MPa or K for a reverse valve; J drops the mounting bracket, and G or NPT threads can be ordered instead of PT.
Flow is published as curves, not as one rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet data against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow figure: AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves. We do not quote a number here, but we will confirm the flow and datasheet data for your application on request before you order.
N is the gauge code: the unit is supplied without a pressure gauge, so you read pressure from your own instrument. J means the mounting bracket is omitted. Omit both letters (or select a C/F gauge code) if you want the bracket and a gauge included.
