The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006JNK) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20006JNK is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator for compressed air only. The code decodes to a size 200 unit with a 1/8in PT-thread port (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are orderable options), standard pressure type, no pressure gauge (code N), no mounting bracket (code J), and a reverse (check) valve fitted (code K). Its regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Pressure loss through the GR series is low.
The G-series regulator line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, stepping ports from 1/8in to 1in. Options include the low-pressure type (L, setting up to 0.4 MPa), with or without the K reverse valve, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulates clamp pressure on a jig fixture while the fitted check valve holds the set pressure in the circuit against backflow.
Feeds a single-acting press or punch cylinder and keeps the set working pressure from being lost back through the regulator.
Sets the fill pressure on a small bench leak-test or proof-pressure circuit that must hold pressure once the supply side is shut off.
Choose this K-suffix build when the circuit must hold its set pressure against reverse flow; the same regulator without K has no check valve. Size 200 with a PT1/8in port fits the smallest lines; step to GR300/400/600 for 1/4in to 1in ports and more flow. Code N omits the gauge (add C or F with MPa, psi or bar scale if wanted), J drops the bracket, and G or NPT threads can be ordered in place of PT.
Flow is published as curves, not as one rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet data against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on this page. Ask us and we will confirm the flow and datasheet data for your application before ordering.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted on this regulator; without K the same unit has none. It is the right choice for circuits where downstream pressure must not feed back through the regulator, such as clamping or pressure-holding circuits.
