The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006LF3) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR20006LF3 is a low-pressure type air pressure regulator from the G-series GR family. It regulates downstream air pressure only - no filtration and no lubrication - and this configuration has a 1/8 in PT port and an embedded square pressure gauge reading in bar. As an L-type regulator its set-pressure range goes up to 0.4 MPa. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the service temperature range is -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port choices, PT/G/NPT thread options, gauge scales, bracket and check-valve variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Holds a gentle, steady air pressure to pneumatic actuator circuits on dosing and isolation valves at a treatment plant, with a bar-scale gauge that matches site instrumentation.
Lets a light clamping or pressing fixture run at a set low pressure below the shop supply, so operators can dial in and read the working point in bar at the fixture.
Gives a controlled low-pressure air bleed into a small conveying or aeration line, keeping the branch below the main header pressure without touching the plant regulator.
Match the port first: this 200-size code carries a 1/8 in PT port; move to GR300, GR400 or GR600 if the line or air demand is larger. This is the L (low-pressure) type, so it suits processes needing settings up to 0.4 MPa. Pick the gauge scale that your crew reads - this code uses bar; MPa and psi scales exist on other codes. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT orderable, and the bracket is included (J-coded versions omit it). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
We do not quote a single rated flow because AirTAC publishes GR regulator performance as curves. Share your line size and consumption and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet flow figures for this model on request.
F is the square embedded gauge option and 3 is the bar scale, so this unit is read in bar. Choose scale 1 for MPa or scale 2 for psi if your team works in those units; the rest of the configuration stays the same.
